Laboratorios Bagó obtained the No. 1 position in the pharmaceutical industry in the “Merco Talento” ranking (Diario La Nación – 12/21/16) for its attractiveness as a company to work for, its ability to attract talent, and its outstanding reputation as an employer.
This ranking distinguishes companies based on the assessment of specialists on three variables that encompass different aspects of the company. The first, “workplace quality,” evaluates professional development, motivation and recognition, and the quality of interpersonal relationships; the second, “employer brand,” analyzes whether the company is admired for its values, management, and results, and whether it is of interest for attracting talent in the workplace and educational spheres and recommended by those with experience; the third, “internal reputation,” considers the company’s ethical and professional values, development opportunities, and pride in being part of the company.
These different aspects of companies are evaluated by corporate executives, professionals, members of business school graduate associations, HR area experts, and students, among others.
